The existing render on this semi-detached property was cracked and stained, with areas of moisture penetration visible on the interior walls. The old render was removed, the substrate was repaired and a modern thin-coat render system was applied in a cream finish. The work included forming clean reveals around windows and doors, and ensuring proper drainage detailing.
