Repair of a large crack in a bedroom wall caused by minor settlement, including making good and blending.
A diagonal crack had appeared in a bedroom wall following minor settlement of the property. The crack was opened up, any loose material was removed, and the area was made good with new plaster. The repair was feathered into the surrounding wall so it was invisible after painting. The homeowner was advised on monitoring the crack for any further movement.
